Registration and Payment

We kindly ask participants to register for the event by 23 Aug. 2025 through the conference website.

There is an optional social programme on Sunday 28 Sept. 2025, including i.e. sightseeing the Old Town and the Chopin Museum in Warsaw. 

The fee for the conference (including conference dinner on 26 Sept. and catering at all lunches and coffee breaks) is:

  • 280 EUR (including the social programme on 28 Sept.) or
  • 240 EUR (without the social programme).

The fee is non-refundable.

REGISTRATION - STEP 1 (FORM)

Authors of the accepted submissions, as well as non-presenting participants, can begin their registration by using one of the two forms below (depending on whether or not participating in the social programme on 28 Sept.). In the form of your choice, please indicate whether you are an author of the accepted submission (and type the title/titles) or a non-presenting participant. If multiple co-authors are coming to the conference, one author (the presenter) shall submit the form as a presenting participant and the other one(s) shall also submit the form as non-presenting participant(s). Authors of two accepted papers shall only send one form (please type two titles in the field "Submission title"). We kindly ask the authors of accepted papers to use the same e-mail address as with the submission.

REGISTRATION - STEP 2 (PAYMENT)

After submitting the form, the participants shall receive an e-mail with bank transfer details. The registration will be considered as complete when the participation fee is booked at our account. Please note that all transfer fees charged by the bank shall be covered on the side of the participant.

HINTS FOR ACCOMMODATION SEARCH

When booking accommodation in Warsaw, please take into account the venue of the conference (see the Contact tab). The venue is located in the vicinity of the metro line M1, between stations Pole Mokotowskie and Racławicka. Bus and tram connections are also available.
