Registration and Payment

We kindly ask participants to register for the event by 23 Aug. 2025 through the conference website. The link to registration page will be published in due course, after acceptance notifications.

There is an optional social programme on Sunday 28 Sept. 2025, including i.e. sightseeing the Old Town and the Chopin Museum in Warsaw. 

The fee for the conference (including conference dinner on 26 Sept. and catering at all lunches and coffee breaks) is:

• 280 EUR (including the social programme on 28 Sept.) or
• 240 EUR (without the social programme).
